Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account, including their name, business details, email address, and phone number. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Access to certain features may be restricted based on subscription level or service agreements.


Users retain ownership of the data they input into the platform. However, any custom software integrations or proprietary tools developed by us remain our intellectual property. Some services require subscription payments, while others are billed separately via invoice. Users will be informed of their payment model upon sign-up.

Our platform integrates with third-party services, some of which are essential for its functionality. Additionally, we perform various API calls to generate end products and enhance service offerings. Users acknowledge that third-party APIs may process certain data, and we are not responsible for third-party handling of such information. Service disruptions or errors caused by third-party integrations are beyond our liability. API usage limits and data ownership of API-generated content will be defined in individual service agreements; if not specified, ownership remains with the customer.


User data will be retained for 90 days following contract termination as a backup measure, allowing users to reactivate their accounts if needed. Customers will be notified when their contract ends and informed about this retention period. Data deletion requests will be reviewed and granted based on service-specific considerations.

We will provide advance notice of any known service interruptions. Support is available via email during standard business hours (Central Standard Time), with response times varying based on service agreements. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee uptime and are not liable for financial losses due to downtime, technical failures, or third-party disruptions.


Disputes will first be addressed through mutual agreement. If a resolution cannot be reached, arbitration will be pursued as the next step. These terms are governed by U.S. law, but they are structured to accommodate international users where applicable.


Our services are intended for business use only and are not designed for individuals under 18. By using APInnovator.com, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

Users may request copies of their data or deletion, although such requests will be evaluated based on service-specific dependencies. Data will not be retained beyond 90 days, and any deletion before that period will be reviewed based on circumstances.
